Kambata Development Network is a US 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded on March 24, 2001 in Maryland, U.S. by community members who are most concerned about the current environmental, social, and economic crises affecting the Kambata population in Southern Ethiopia. Our organization focuses on fighting famines, chronic poverty, youth unemployment, adult illiteracy, social discrimination of women and artisans, environmental degradation and HIV/AIDS.
